Recreation and Athletic Services is located at the Centre for Kinesiology, Health and Sport.  We offer a variety of programs including Summer Sports School,  and Aquatics Programs that include swimming lessons and Fitness and Aquatics classes for parents.  Recreation Services also offers space for your child's next birthday party.

Looking to join a gym? Check out the Fitness and Lifestyle Centre. It features a 4 lane 200 metre indoor track, and a great selection of cardio, plate loaded, selectorized and free weight equipment, and a core strength/stretching area. We also offer a variety of Fitness Programs aimed at promoting active and healthy lifestyles. Classes are tailored to meet the needs and general fitness levels of participants and can accommodate a range of fitness levels within each class. These classes work toward improving cardiovascular efficiency, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination and muscle tone.
