Flag Football is a non-contact league for boys and girls ages 7 (6 turning 7 by Dec 31/2012) through 17 (16 turning 17 by Dec 31/2012), providing opportunities to learn new skills.  Flag Football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, running back, defensive back, and receiver.  Flag Football season begins in May and continues until the end of June.

The goal of our league is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates. Participation in our league is open to all boys and girls in the Regina area.

• League Runs From May 12th to June 24th
• Games are played every Saturday at the University of Regina
• Game Times are from 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Schedule times will vary by team.
• Team assignments are random by area. Special requests must be made in the comments area when registering and will be evaluated on a per case basis.
• Teams are distributed to ensure even numbers on each team.
