The 3-4-5 Fun Hockey Program has been around for many years.  Since the 1996 – 1997 season, it has been sponsored by the Arcola East Community Association on behalf of all City of Regina Community Associations.

Beginning with the 2010 – 2011 season, the program moved from Kinsmen to the Staples arena and ice times are only on Saturdays.

The season starts the first Saturday following the Thanksgiving weekend, and concludes the last Saturday in March, with a break between Christmas and New Years.  Each team is provided with 1 hour of ice time on Saturday each week consisting of about 20 minutes of instruction, followed by a 40 minute scrimmage with another team.  After Christmas sometime the 1 hour ice time consists of about 10 minutes of instruction and 50 minutes of scrimmage.

Registration fees cover:

• Regular weekly ice times
• A tournament at the end of January where each team plays 2 games;
• Team pictures and buttons;
• Team attendance at a Regina Pats game;
• Depending upon availability, a Future Cougars game (between periods at a U of R men’s/women’s game) and a Timbits game (between periods at a Regina Pats game)
• League windup event
