The Early Childhood Intervention Program, Regina Region Inc. (ECIP) is a non profit organization that provides a voluntary, home visiting program for families of children birth through age six. Parents whose children may be experiencing varying degrees of difficulty in areas of development, including movement, sight, hearing, communication, touch and learning may qualify for this service.

Located in Assiniboia Place in Central Regina, and South Lakeview in South Regina, Hope’s Home offers daycare and daytime respite to medically fragile children and their siblings, as well as typical children.

City of Regina programs are open to everyone. Persons with disabilities or specific needs are encouraged to participate in these programs.
